YES! We can special order thousands of different foods, treats and supplies for most any household pet. We give you an upfront price and so you're not surprised by any hidden fees. Most items also come in a week or less, so we're just as convenient as those mega-online retailers.
YES! You are welcome to call and prepay for an in-stock item over the phone, and we'll have it ready for pickup, or you can pay with cash or card when you arrive in the parking lot.
NO. We are mainly a pet food and supply store. We will from time-to-time take a small animal or reptile and "rehome" them if someone feels they cannot properly take care of them.
YES. While we cannot discount certain products like flea & tick products and dog license, we are proud to offer a discount to those that serve our country.
YES. For the 2025 calendar year we are proud to offer the Lancaster County dog license. It will be available to anyone that has a valid Lancaster County address. These will be the standard "yearly" dog license that will be good for the current calendar year.
Our "RETURN" policy has two categories; "Foods" or "Supplies."
Our Food return policy for dry dog, cat or small animal is as follows. The food "MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE/BAG." As long as the food is in the original package/bag it is 100% guaranteed. No hassle or fuss. ANY DRY FOOD NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE/BAG WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.......PERIOD
Wet food can ONLY BE RETURNED if cans are UNOPENED. If you open a can and find that it is contaminated or spoiled, please take pictures of the LOT/DATE codes and the product itself and then dispose of it. We can work with the vendor to reimburse you.
Our "Supplies" return policy: Most supplies can be returned for 100% refund as long as they are in like new condition and can be put into inventory and sold as new. Having your receipt is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, but not necessary. If the item is NOT in "like new" condition, then we will work with you to determine some sort of compromise.
