Waggin Wheels was founded in 2013 by Jerry Bair and Dave Cyzeski — two pet industry veterans with a passion for their community.
Built on 50+ Years of Experience
Having many years already in the pet supply industry, Dave & Jerry knew that Etown and the surrounding areas were under-serviced by quality pet supply stores. Leveraging their combined 50+ years of kennel management, pet nutrition and sales experience, Dave & Jerry opened Waggin Wheels with the best in-store selection and quality USA-made pet products they could source. Every product is hand-selected to ensure your pets receive the very best products possible.
Meet the Founders
Jerry Bair
Co-Founder
Jerry grew up on a farm and has experience raising cattle, sheep, dogs and rabbits. He currently is the proud rescuer of a mixed breed dog named "Kronk" from the York SPCA.
Dave Cyzeski
Co-Founder
Dave also has a long history of pet ownership. He managed a large kennel in Dauphin County and is currently the proud owner of a Cavalier/Jack Russell mix named "Buckeye."
