Fellow pet owners and neighbors,

Our first priority will always be the health and welfare of our customers and obviously your pets. As a business owner and neighbor, we want to do everything in our power to help lessen the spread of COVID-19 and keep our customers health and trust now and hopefully for many years in the future. We will be outlining several steps that we will be implementing on a temporary basis only beginning Wednesday, March 18th until further notice. This will be done in conjunction with CDC guidelines and with whatever PA state government decides to implement.

1. Beginning Wednesday, March 18 we will have the following hours of operation. Monday thru Saturday 10am-6pm. WE WILL BE CLOSED SUNDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We realize this may change as the situation changes. Please be patient as we all have to work through this together.

2. In an effort to limit everyone’s exposure, please feel free to utilize the phone or email as we can offer curbside pickup. We can gladly take your payments over the phone to ensure minimizing the risk of credit card fraud. We will also offer free next day home delivery on orders of $30.00 or more and a $2.00 surcharge on deliveries under $30.00.

3. As of March 16, 2020 our Low cost vaccine clinic scheduled for this month is currently being moved to The Vetting Zoo’s location of 327 Schoolhouse Rd, Palmyra (Campbelltown). Please use your best judgement if you plan on attending. If you are sick, STAY HOME. Vaccine clinics are held monthly, so if you miss one there are others.

Also our Nail trim day on March 23rd is CANCELLED. As far as the April dates go for both of these events, we will keep you informed as time goes on.

4. We are also putting a limit of 2 bags of dry food or litter per person on items because we want to ensure everyone that needs food can at least have a chance.

Please note that this is constantly changing. As of today we will be staying open for business.

Thank you and please be safe.
